His mixed media work Spitfire Fading has been shortlisted in the 2013 Gallipoli Art Prize.  “This is not a painting about war,” says Christian, “it’s about remembering that which is fading.” The prestigious $20,000 Award is open to Australian, New Zealand and Turkish artists.
